Hello phPIN community,
We are a local health department of over 200 staff. We were accredited by PHAB in 2016 and still striving to improve our culture of quality improvement. We are wondering whether other agencies make QI training a mandatory training for all staff? If so, how can we build our case to get leadership approval to make yet another training mandatory?
